Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel boasts beautiful grounds and some renovated areas, the room conditions were quite disappointing. Many rooms had pest issues, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Despite this, the dining experience was a highlight with great food and service. It's hard to recommend based on the room issues, but the events and facilities have their charm.
My stay at Pala Mesa Resort was a mixed bag. The grounds are beautiful and the food at Aquaaterra restaurant was excellent, making for a lovely dining experience. However, some issues with room cleanliness and air conditioning detracted from my overall satisfaction. While the golf course looks great, the service in the restaurant could certainly improve to match the quality of the property.
Our stay at the resort was quite disappointing. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and some of the amenities looked appealing, but the rooms were not up to standard. We faced significant issues with air conditioning, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. While the outdoor areas were nice, the unpleasant room conditions really overshadowed our experience.
The resort has a charming, unique character that feels like stepping back in time, with spacious and clean rooms right on the golf course. While the outdoor vibe is refreshing, there's some noise from the nearby highway that might disrupt the tranquility. Dining options are delightful and worth trying, especially the seafood linguini, but some areas, particularly the rooms, show signs of aging that could use an update.
Our recent stay at the resort was enjoyable overall, especially with the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent food we experienced. The rooms, however, left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort, and we did encounter some maintenance issues. On the positive side, the golf course was a highlight, making it a great spot for enthusiasts. The dining options were also very good, particularly the seafood pasta!
